FINE FINDS SRI LANKA VENDOR AGREEMENT
(For Vendors and Service Providers)

This Vendor Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between FineFindslk (“we”, “our”, “us”) and you, the Vendor (“you”, “your”), for the purpose of listing and offering your services/products on the FineFinds.lk Platform. By signing this Agreement and/or by using the FineFinds Platform, you agree to the terms set out below as well as the full FineFinds Terms of Use (available on our website).

Fees and Payments
  • Your monthly fee and commission depend on the package you choose (Basic, Standard, Priority).
  • FineFinds will deduct fees and commission from your sales before paying you.
  • Payouts are made on the schedule in your package (14 or 30 days).
  • You can choose:
    • Bank Transfer (we deposit and send you the slip)
    • Cash/Cheque Collection from our office
Your Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate information about your services.
  • Ensure your services are safe, legal, and child-friendly.
  • Keep your vendor profile up to date.
  • Use FineFinds for bookings (no bypassing the platform).
Promotion & Content
  • FineFinds may use your images, logos, and descriptions to promote your services on our website and social media.
  • You confirm that you own the rights to any content you share.
General
  • This agreement works alongside our full Terms of Use
  • By signing up and using FineFinds, you accept both this summary and the full Terms of Use.
  • Either party can end the partnership with notice.
